Gautam was elected as Trustee to the Naperville Township Board in April 2025. He focuses on fiscal transparency, efficient use of taxpayer dollars and advocates for initiatives like green energy and smart technology integration. He is a vocal proponent of inclusive leadership and equitable representation.
Gautam is a dedicated volunteer in the community. He served as the Chair of the City of Aurora's Indian American Community Outreach Advisory Board from 2014 to 2020, where he championed youth mental health, diversity awareness and civic engagement. Gautam has also served on the City of Aurora's Planning and Zoning Commission.
Gautam is a technology professional and entrepreneur. Gautam has a BA in Computer Science, Math and Physics from Augustana College, an MBA in MIS and Operations from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and Cybersecurity leadership training from Harvard University.
Gautam has been living in Aurora, IL since 2008 with his wife and two children, guided by the philosophy: "Purpose, Dream, Believe, and Achieve."
Steven Bosco has been a dedicated member of the Aurora community for over 40 years. Residing in the Oakhurst subdivision with his wife, Lisa, he actively serves his neighborhood as a homeowners' association representative. Family is central to Steve's life; he and Lisa are proud parents to three grown children and grandparents to four.
Born and raised in Oak Park, Steve holds a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois - Springfield. He enjoyed a distinguished 38-year career as a software developer at Encyclopedia Britannica before retiring in 2023.
In his downtime, Steve enjoys morning walks, traveling with his wife, and tackling his latest home improvement project. He is eager to bring his experience and commitment to the community to his role as Trustee.
Julie Federico is a 30 year resident of Naperville Township, and currently lives in the River Bank subdivision in Naperville. She is an elected Precinct Committee member for Naperville Precinct 02. In her 30 years, she has seen the city grow from a small community to a thriving suburb.
Julie was born and raised in the Boston area, and moved to Naperville in 1987. She holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, and a Bachelor's Degree from Northeastern University in Boston.
Julie is a retired engineer. She worked for over 30 years for a large telecommunications company in Naperville, including both Systems Engineering and Product Management.
Julie is currently Treasurer of the Naperville Sister Cities Commission, and also the River Bank Homeowner's Association. She is a lector at St. Thomas the Apostle Church and a weekly volunteer at Animals Deserving of Proper Treatment (ADOPT). She is a classroom volunteer with Junior Achievement.
Julie, and her husband Jay, enjoy bicycling, hiking, geocaching and love both domestic and international travel. But they continue to call Naperville home, and enjoy all the opportunities the township has to offer.
John Waller has lived in Naperville since 1993, and has 30-plus years of experience in various disciplines of Supply Chain Management. He has served on the Naperville Township Board of Trustees since 2017, and has served as the Chairperson of the Mental Health Board since its inception in 2023.
John stepped down in July 2025 as President of the Brookdale Homeowners Association from 2009, a position he had held since 2009, and has also served on the Congregational Council of St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Naperville for 9 years, the last 3 years as President. He is currently the Athletic Director at St. Timothy, organizing the weekly open gym volleyball program, is active as a Worship Assistant and lay reader, and is also the bass player (and occasional bass singer) in two music ensembles at the church. John's wife (Janet) and daughter (Jensine) are active volunteers as a family at Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry, Hesed House, and Feed My Starving Children.
In his spare time, John enjoys bicycle riding on the many trails in the area (and beyond); rooting for his hometown New York Mets (he was born about 5 miles from where Citi Field now stands) and New York Jets, the Chicago White Sox, and the Chicago Blackhawks; beer hunting expeditions; and traveling.
